Annual Water Quality Report:

Notice of Billing Transition:

As part of our continued commitment to serving our community, Oswego Rural Water wants to keep our customers informed about an upcoming billing transition.

In the coming months, please watch for an insert included with your billing statement. This insert will provide more information about Oswego Rural Water bringing billing and payment collection in-house, rather than having these services handled by the City of Sumter.
